We have been keeping a close eye on the COVID environment, and as a result earlier this month, we temporarily adjusted the way we could conduct our business. We want to thank each and every one of our employees and you, our member, for your understanding, patience, and flexibility with the changes made so we could conduct business the safest way possible during these ever-changing times.
Recently, we have seen a steady decrease in positive COVID cases within the counties we serve. Due to this steady decrease, we are pleased to announce that all Heritage Financial Credit Union branch lobbies will fully re-open to walk-in traffic, effective Monday, January 31st. Please note we will continue to require all members visiting any of our locations to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status.
Although our lobbies will be re-opening, we want to remind you that banking transactions can also continue to be completed via our ATMs, Drive-Thru services, Online Banking Platform, or by Scheduling an Appointment online to meet with an HFCU Representative for any of your banking needs.
