My name is Shawn Simmons and I am a Dutchess County resident with over 25 years of Residential Lending and Sr. Executive Management experience in the mortgage industry. I've been at Heritage since 2018 and can assist with all mortgage products and services that we offer.


I received my New York State Mortgage Originator's License #19601 in 1997 and have maintained affiliations with local and national mortgage/lending associations, including the Dutchess County Association of Realtors, HGAR, WCR, Mortgage Bankers Association of The Hudson Valley and many others.


I originated and closed over 26 Million dollars in Mortgages for our members in 2021 and 24.5 Million in 2020.
