a. You will be able to view and download the new HFCU Mobile banking app on Monday, May 6, 2024.
In order for us to continue to provide you with the convenience and speed of Zelle, our new system requires re-enrollment. Please know that we exhausted every resource to keep this as seamless a transition as possible.
a. If you would like to request a new card following the System Upgrade, you can call us, come into your local branch or request a new one through your online banking account to get a new debit card.
No. Auto-pay is an optional payment method that can be selected for your loan at Heritage. Though it is a one-time set up, it is a recurring pre authorized transfer of your payment from your deposit account to your loan. Bill Pay is a service integrated into online banking that allows you to make payments to other members, individuals, or companies as needed.
All loans with a current payment method of auto-pay will still process as usual without interruption. You do not need to take any action. If for some reason you do experience an issue during or following the upgrade, please contact HFCU ad we will assist you as soon as possible.
Pension checks that arrive on the first of the month will still process and be distributed. Although there should be no delay, if you experience an issue please contact HFCU
Yes, branches will be closed on Friday, May 3, 2024 at 1:00pm and Saturday, May 4, 2024. HFCU will resume regular business hours on Monday, May 6, 2024.
a. Yes, your HFCU debit card should continue to function normally, before, during and after the Upgrade.
Yes, these automated payments/refunds (deposits/withdrawals) will continue to be processed without interruption. If for some reason you do experience an issue during or following the upgrade, please contact HFCU and we will assist you as soon as possible.
