The servicer of your account has been changed from HFCU to Elan Financial Services. This partnership was developed to provide members more opportunities to take advantage of with robust credit card offerings.
If you previously had a card with HFCU, you should receive a new credit card with new terms and conditions in the mail prior to 10/31/23.
With this change you will be able to take advantage of:

- Online Access – view statements and receive free online business reporting through the Scoreboard reporting tool.
- Reliable Fraud Protection – You’re protected from fraudulent use of your card or account information, so you won’t be held responsible for any unauthorized purchases. Elan Financial Services provides zero fraud liability for unauthorized transactions. Cardmember must notify Cardmember Service promptly of any unauthorized use. Certain conditions and limitations may apply.
Certain cards have an annual fee. To check if your card has an annual fee, you can call Elan Financial Services 24/7 Customer Support at 1-800-558-3424. For business card support, call 1-866-552-8855.
You can call Cardmember Service 24/7 at the number on the back of your new card to apply for a credit line increase at any time.
Your rates and all applicable disclosures are provided to you in the mail with your new credit card. Should you have any questions, we ask that you call our 24-hour Cardmember Service Department at 1-800-242-4271. For business cards, please call 1-866-552-8855.

Once you receive your new credit card, you will receive more information about enrolling in these payment options.
If you have not received your new card, please call Elan Financial Services 24/7 Customer Support at 1-800-558-3424. For business card support, call 1-866-552-8855. You will follow the same process to update your PIN.
Credit card rates are applied differently through Elan than they previously were with HFCU. As a result, your rate was updated according to Elan Financial Services structure.
