Habitat For Humanity
HFCU proudly volunteers with Habitat for Humanity organizations serving Newburgh and Dutchess County, including Poughkeepsie, supporting their mission to build and rehabilitate safe, affordable housing for local families. Through hands-on volunteer efforts and community partnerships, these organizations help create stronger neighborhoods and promote long-term housing stability and HFCU is honored to be part of that impact.

Regional Food Bank
The Regional Food Bank of the Hudson Valley is a nonprofit organization dedicated to alleviating hunger and reducing food waste across the region. As part of a larger network serving 23 counties, it collects donated food from farms, manufacturers, and retailers and distributes it to hundreds of local food pantries, shelters, and community programs helping feed hundreds of thousands of people each month.
HFCU is proud to support this mission through volunteer efforts, assisting with sorting, packing, and distributing food to neighbors in need. By partnering with the Food Bank, HFCU helps strengthen the community and ensure more families have access to nutritious, reliable meals.
