Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, volunteers, attends school or has a family member that is a member in Orange, Ulster, Dutchess, Putnam, or Rockland counties in New York; Pike County in Pennsylvania; or Passaic and Sussex counties in New Jersey.
