Is there an annual fee with my credit card?

Certain cards have an annual fee. To check if your card has an annual fee, you can call Elan Financial Services 24/7 Customer Support at 1-800-558-3424. For business card support, call 1-866-552-8855.

Can I request a new credit limit?

You can call Cardmember Service 24/7 at the number on the back of your new card to apply for a credit line increase at any time.

Where can I find my rates and disclosures?

Your rates and all applicable disclosures are provided to you in the mail with your new credit card. Should you have any questions, we ask that you call our 24-hour Cardmember Service Department at 1-800-242-4271. For business cards, please call 1-866-552-8855.

How can I request a new credit card and update my PIN?

If you have not received your new card, please call Elan Financial Services 24/7 Customer Support at 1-800-558-3424. For business card support, call 1-866-552-8855. You will follow the same process to update your PIN.

Why did my credit card rate change?

Credit card rates are applied differently through Elan than they previously were with HFCU. As a result, your rate was updated according to Elan Financial Services structure.
