Robert, our Chief Financial Officer is an accomplished finance executive with deep experience across accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations. He has worked within traditional financial institutions and publicly traded fintech companies to strengthen finance organizations, enhance operational discipline, and build scalable functions that support strategic growth.
Equally passionate about developing people, Robert enjoys building high-performing teams, mentoring employees and creating collaborative environments where individuals can grow and contribute to organizational success. He believes that investing in people is just as important as investing in processes and is committed to helping teams reach their full potential while supporting the Credit Union’s long-term goals.
Throughout his career Robert has worked closely with executive teams to support strategic initiatives, improve operational performance and create scalable financial processes. He is known for his thoughtful leadership style, focus on continuous improvement and ability to build strong relationships across organizations. When he’s not working, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, skiing, biking, and is a huge hockey fan!
